Hotel was more than adequate for our trip. Room was good with an excellent shower. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with a huge selection and very fresh.
Nice place to stay for 2 nights. Tram station 40 metres from the hotel. Clean bedroom, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Really good breakfast, fresh food, lot of choices. Helpful staff. And this all for a good price.
This hotel is in a great position, 10 minute walk to Schindler's factory, across the road to the Jewish Quarter and 20 minute walk to the Old Town.
The reception staff are incredibly helpful and willing do all they can. The breakfast was a continental buffet: cereals, breads, fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, cakes, eggs and more.
As others have said the trams are noisy and we were at the back of the hotel and could still hear them . The rooms are well equipped and perfectly suitable for purpose, however, the walls are not soundproofed and we heard loud conversations in the next room and for two nights running, noises of a more personal affair - not great at 4am!
Good location. Disapointed that all TV channels are in polish and none in English or subtitles available.
Room spacious but the hotel needs to do something to keep the noice of the tram's out and black out curtains.
Nice hotel ten minutes walk from the big square in the city center or a two stops ride by tram or bus that stops very close to the hotel.
The bed is comfortable and the soft pillows will help you fall asleep quickly.
The staff are really helpful and nice.
Bathroom is spacious. I had a balcony but never used it because the view is an inner yard, not the lovliest view to have.
Forstly, I was a little disapointed on checkin and on getting to our room. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel/room looks old fashioned/dated.
However, the rooms were clean and well maintained, aircon lovely and cold, fantastic high powered shower that was like a jet wash. Staff all friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping replaced towels/bedding etc as required. Breakfast had a good selection of foods.
We were in a room at the back of the hotel, you could hear the trams passing on the road at the front of the hotel during the day, but they didnt wake us in the morning when they started running
Negatives- Bed cover was undersized for the bed and curtains barely covered the width of the window so you always had light brightly waking you up in the morning
However, overall it was a very nice stay, Krakow is lovely and if i was staying here again i wouldnt be upset.
The hotel is in a superb position close to the main square, castle & many eateries
Our room was spacious, plenty of storage space, very comfy beds & an excellent shower
Buffet breakfast was more than acceptable with lots of options
Our only criticism is the constant noise from the trams which work from early morning to late evening
People say its noisy due to traffic. I slept very well. Room is more than 3 stars and very modern. Breakfast was probably 3 star though the muffins were stale. I dint eat eggs but there didnt seem to be any
A great location. Breakfast is very good. Air conditioner works even when it was below 20 degrees Celsius. Rooms very quiet.

Place is little noisy. There is a train passing nearby. This hotel needs upgrade. Room was clean but outdated. Close to Wawel castle and old town. Good for 1 night.
Stayed here before & if the price was right i would stay again, its in a good location, is basic but all that you need for a short 3 or 4 day visit, breakfast is good.
the hotel didn't have enough lights, most of the halls dark.

i do like conviniend location, i don't like getting different kind of room to the room ordered. I mean you pay more getting worse room. simply saying we fully occupied.
Great location for exploring the Jewish district and only a short walk into the main square of krakow.
The hotel itself was nice, the reception is manned 24hrs a day and most of the reception staff were very friendly and spoke as you walked past and were willing to assist you with any issues. The rooms are a little bit dated and could do with a little bit of TLC, our shower head bracket was broken so had to hold it while showering, not a major issue and didn’t really spoil the hotel for us. We did find there was a lack of plug scokets in the room for charging devices but again not really an issue.
I think the biggest issue for us was the noise . We were ground floor along the corridor and could hear the conversations of everyone during the night and day, people in reception talking, you could hear it, people in the hallway talking, you could hear it and everyone time someone went to open their room door with the key it sounded like they were trying to get into your room.
Other than that we really enjoyed this hotel, this is my third time in Krakow and each time I have stayed in a different hotel, this wasn’t the best and it wasn’t the worst and I would stay here again.
I absolutely would not recommend staying here, we travelled as a couple in our 20's from the UK, we knew the hotel would be basic as we only needed it as somewhere to use as a base whilst we were out all day but my god... the shower was dribbling out water, the towels were like sandpaper and tiny, the aircon didn't have a remote so couldn't use it, unable to turn heating down so room was like a Sauna. We checked in at 3pm , went to lie down after travelling for hours and could hear constant drilling, my can of pop was even vibrating on the bedside table!!!! the walls are paper thin we could hear every conversation. the hotel is clearly carrying out building work which was non stop from 6.30am to around 9/10pm constant hammering and drilling- beware you will not SLEEP. I think the hotel should notify you ahead of sending booking confirmations that they are constantly causing disruption. By night 2 i was utterly sleep deprived, reception shrugged it off we left and stayed in a different hotel for the last 2 months. the experience was hell- avoid at all costs.
