My welcome was amazing the first day; the receptionist was very keen to wngage and talk about the hotel and it's history and about Krakow so I had really nice customer oriented experience at the first impression. Thisbwoukd be good to maintain and have it consistent that people who face the clients try to be warm and engaging. It really keeps the appreciation going.

Ideal situation
We went as a group of 8 friends. The hotel was perfectly located on a very quiet street, and came at a very reasonable price. All of us would gladly stay again when we come back.

You're right about the TV channels - there are over 20 and 2 in each language, because we have a lot of Guests from around the world. All the staff at Home were very welcoming and helpful. We booked a tour through then which was also very good. The hotel is in an ideal location for discovering Krakow and we will definitely be back.

Excellent location
Perfect for walking to Market Place and Royal Castle, Jewish Quarter etc. Just 20 minute walk to Schindler’s factory. Tour advisable for Auchwitz. Hotel did this for us and the young guide was amazing. We will visit Kraków again.

Lovely hotel.
Lovely hotel, fantastic management and service. We have nothing but prise for this hotel. Very good location and fantastic breakfast. The staff is always polite and professional. Amazing hotel, walking distance of old town
The hotel was amazing and very unique. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is an outside seating area which faces on to a gorgeous street and it’s a great place to relax. The location of the hotel is great it is within walking distance of the old town and the Jewish Quarter (Approx 10-15 min walk to each) The hotel staff were brilliant and really look after you and make sure you are happy and comfortable. Overall an amazing hotel in Kraków

Great position
Great location situated between jewish Quarter and Polish main Square. 5 min walk both ways. Only negative was bath towels were a little worn but adequate. Room was very spacious ( Superior Double) breakfast was nice and varied.

Lovely hotel in a fab location
Spent a long weekend here. The 2pm check out is a bit of a nightmare when you’ve had n early morning flight however so close to everything! 5 minutes to the main square which is ideal and about the same to the old Jewish quarter. Staff very helpful and friendly couldn’t have picked a better hotel.

4 day stay in Krakow.
Friendly staff who were very helpful in setting up tours and suggesting sites in the city for me. The hotel is very reasonably priced and a very short walk to old town and train station. Breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from.

We stayed at this hotel for our Mini Moon, straight after getting married. We were on a high and this hotel was everything we had hoped for. Our stay was perfect! Lovely large room and was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The staff were brilliant, booked trips for us and airport taxis . The breakfast was excellent too, wide selection. Perfect location to the castle and only 7-10 minute walk to the main square through the lovely park. We would not change a thing about our trip, it was literally perfect!

Pleasant well-located hotel
This hotel within easy walking distance of the historic town centre, Wawel Hill and the Jewish Quarter. The hotel is light, airy, clean and quiet and the staff are friendly and efficient. My friend and I were delighted with our stay here.

Poor service which they don't seem to care about!
Room was ok, spacious but the way the bathroom is set up it gets terribly hot when shower is used as no ventilation. Breakfast - well lost for words - very poor, flies over food, strange food (I travel alot overseas so no stranger to different types), scrambled egg awful and rubbery! Avoid paying it as there is a lovely cafe just 5 mins walk. Shocking bad room service - our room was "forgotten" by cleaners - stayed 2 nights - got back from a long day out and found beds not made up, towels still wet on floor, no loo roll, dirty cups, no tea bags etc. Asked receptionist to sort it out her reply was " I don't know/can't help you". After I firmly informed her that she would have to sort it out - she said that she would need to phone someone. After what can be a fawlty towers sketch she must have come back/fro just bringing a towel 1st then teabags then cups..... this went on and on - cleaned and sorted the room myself. Ridiculous considering the room rate. Upon check out I asked what can they do to make it up. Reply she laughed, smiled and said no discount. So all in all don't bother here stay at a better hotel! Not worth the £.
