Superbe hôtel, qui dispose d'un spa, d'un restaurant, et même d'un parc privé. Un pur moment de calme et de détente, très appréciable. Assez éloigné toutefois du centre de Cracovie. N'y allez que si vous êtes motorisé, car les transports à proximité sont peu nombreux.

Really nice hotel, plenty of free car parking, friendly staff. Packed lunch due to our extra early start was a really nice touch. Hotel is a little bit off the main road but that made us feel more secure.

Excellent hotel, well laid out grounds, friendly and helpful staff, the food was of a very high standard. Secure parking in there CCTV covered car park and the gates were locked over night.

Ligger utanför staden, men trevligt och mysigt.
Trevligt hotell i utkanten av Krakow, med bra personal. Vi hade ett rum som låg lite dåligt till denna gång, ett aggregat utanför fönstret som störde vår nattsömn väldigt. Nästa gång ber vi om ett annat rum. Bott här flera gånger innan och alltid varit nöjda. När vi blev hämtade av taxi för hemfärd tidigt innan frukost, så hade personalen fixat en frukodtpåse till oss. Vänligt bemötande. Vill man bo i Krakow centrum ligger detta långt bort, men då vi hälsar på släkt som bor nära hotellet passar detta oss perfekt.

Dogodna lokalizacja, pomocna obsługa, czysty i wygodny pokój. parking w cenie. Żadnych zastrzeżeń oprócz śniadań. Obecnie śniadania podawane do stolika i po prostu część na półmiskach jest zmrozona, nieswieza i niesmaczna. Zamawiane jedzenie do stolika np jajecznika juz w porzadku. Wczesniej gdy był bufet wszystko było swieze i smaczne. Natomiast wielkim plusem hotelu są kosmetyki.

Varmt rekommenderar
Stora rena rymliga rum med bekväma sängar. Tysta rum och själva hotellet beläget i vackert område med stor grönskande park. Snabb trevlig incheckning (dålig engelska dock) Vänlig snabb service i restaurangen trots timmen var sen och vi kom direkt efter lång resa och var klädda därefter. Maten i Rest Magnifica är verkligen att rekommendera. Frukosten inte den största, men igen hög kvalitet, vällagat och gott, några lokala specialiteter utöver det normala frukostsortimentet. Allt fylldes på så fort det tog slut. Mycket nöjda, kommer gärna igen!

The stay in the hotel was amazing, we tried foods we wouldn't usually try, we slept in complete comfort, the only disappointment was when was made aware that you have to book spa treatments 2-3 weeks a head of our stay.

Very pleasant spa hotel with helpful staff, comfy rooms, great breakfast selection and their own cosmetics in the rooms and a cool playground for kids outdoors. Convenient if you travel along the A4 to stop over.

Very quiet and relaxing. Good food, comfortable bed and very clean room. Staff are very helpful and clean. The hotel is outside of the city about 3 mile. tram is 1.70 zl less than 20p to centre of the city. Trams run every five to ten minutes. Shops and open market 10 minutes away by foot.

We were very impressed with the hotel overall. The grounds are lovely. The staff were efficient and friendly. The restaurant waiting staff are exceptional. The food is really good and the menu has a wide choice of dishes. I would definately book the Formona again. Love it.

Lovely hotel, great location -brilliant value!
We had a lovely stay hotel is clean and fresh with great amenities,breakfast has a large selection from pastries, fresh fruit,cheeses,meats and a hot option such as sausages,eggs and pancakes. The hotel provides toiletries such as shampoo, hair masks, moisuriser, soap,cotton buds, sewing kit and also shower caps. The hotel offers room service from the al a crate resturant downstairs and a mini bar,house keeping visits everyday to restock and clean. The car park was big with lots of spaces, the hotel is between a £7-10 taxi fair from main square, I would advise not to drive because of parking, hotel reception called the taxi for us. WiFi was great and free. My only criticism is on the advertisement it said premium tv channels, I thought there would be at least one English Channel, but unfortunately there wasn’t.

Bra pris men utanför stan
Vi bodde på hotellet fredag till söndag. Ligger lite avsides så man måste ta spårvagnen från endhållplatsen in till centrala Krakow. Bra sängar och kuddar. Lyhört mellan rummen. Spa delen består endast av behandlingar som måste bokas i förväg. Bra frukost. Personalen var trevlig men inte så uppmärksamma.
