"Nice hotel in prime locatiion."
Overall, we had a short but great time in Krakow. Beautiful city with lots of amazing architecture. We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu. The hotel staff were wonderful and always available to help. The head concierge, Pawel, even assisted with booking our tours which was really helpful. I only wish I had planned to stay for longer.

Campanile Cracovie

"Pleasant hotel with excellent location"
Location and helpful staff are this modern hotel's greatest assets. Kraków's Campanile is within easy walking distance to the heart of the Old City and most of the must-see sites, including the Royal Castle, the university colleges and the Jewish Quarter. We were met at the airport by a taxi arranged at our request by the hotel. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. The room was spacious enough although a bit basic - for a double room, there was not enough wardrobe space and only one hook in the entrance lobby to hang a coat. I was surprised to see there was no room safe. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, and we were glad of the choice of bathroom or shower attachment. The only reservations we had was that the washbasin in the bathroom was cracked, with a rather sharpish edge to the fracture line, and that the room temperature, although apparently set at highest thermostat setting, was quite cool, with a distinct cold draught from the window. We did not eat any meals at the hotel, so cannot comment on the food. But overall I was pleased we chose this hotel and would happily do so again.

Q Hotel Kraków

Radzikowskiego 142, Krakow - Map
What a wonderful experience 7 days in beautiful Krakow!. I have travelled to many countries, but Krakow, is perhaps the most cultural, colourful and interesting country I have visited. I purposefully chose the Q Hotel slightly out of the centre, simply because I wanted to test myself on local travel, i.e. get the no. 173/130 buses from the Hotel - Zloty 3.80. The Hotel was excellent in every department, staff were professional and friendly, food in the restaurant simply scrumptious. Would certainly return. Krakow itself has so much to offer from Palaces, Vistula river, Congress Hall, Wawel Castle, and many, many more places of interest. Krakow itself is inexpensive, much less than the U.K. but the airport (duty free) is three times more than U.K. duty free. Chopin Concerts a real delight, and the four piece orchestra at the Adalbert church (oldest and smallest in Krakow) very moving. Not to be missed. Thanks Expedia for a wonderful holiday.

"Nice modern hotel"
We chose this hotel because of it's location and the facilities- swimming pool etc (even though we never actually got round to using it!). It didnt disappoint- rooms were large and modern, and we did see the pool - it looked nice- even though we ran out of time to actually dive in. The hotel is a convenient location for the Jewish quarter with all its bars and restaurants. Old town is a little further but is an easy tram ride straight down the main road which costs a few pence. We only ever walked it, though, as it really isnt that far.

Excellent location situated in the centre down a quiet street so it disturbed by the night life. We had room 314. It was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable.

"Good location and very helpful staff."
We were greeted by Marcin at reception who was very professional and welcoming. He made everything very clear and even gave us the wifi code straight away without us having to ask for it. The hotel itself was very clean. Our room was small but the bathroom was a good size, again very clean. The safe was easy to use. The minibar came in handy a couple of times and wasn't over priced. The hotel is conveniently located between the main square and the Jewish district. Everything was in walking distance. We went on a couple of day excursions. We asked the staff at reception to help us with arrangements. They were happy to do so and we were pleased with the quality of the trips and the transport itself. Everything was very easy. The staff were always smiling and happy to assist in anyway. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to krakow. My very small list of things that could have been improved are more teabags/milk/sugar supplied in the room. We were only given two. On one occasion housekeeping forgot to replenish so we requested more and were supplied again just two teabags. The breakfast selection was ok. Don't expect a full English but the bacon was great. Omelette was very good. The toaster took a very long time. The tv channels were limited and became repetitive (not a priority while on holiday but we did choose to retire early on a few nights) All in all a great place to stay. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed.

"One of the best picks in Kraków!"
We booked just one night here, but it was one of the best services I've had, even among hotels 3x its cost. The staff will act without hesitation to get you anything you need, on a moment's notice. It seems they all speak English there quite well, so if you only know it, that should be no problem. The rooms are great, and my only real issue with them is that they require they room key placed in a slot on the wall in order to have electricity, which you can imagine is a little inconvenient. Also, there aren't many places in the first place to plug your devices in, aside from the two installed on the headboard of the bed. It's the only reason I put room comfort at 4 and not 5. Otherwise the rooms are totally clean and also stylish. The beds and sheets were wonderfully soft and warm, helping me ignore the raging Kraków winter wind outside. The street that the hotel is facing doesn't have much going on there, but it's a VERY short walk to Wawel and the town square (although you can get around old town easily without ever using a bus). Our booking included a free breakfast buffet, which was amazing and totally filled us for the road the next day. In addition to the buffet which is vast and delicious, you are also offered a choice of a meal, of which a few of the basic options are free (I remember omelet, fruit pancakes, eggs and toast). If you pay for nothing during the breakfast, you can easily have enough to feel like two breakfasts. And the quality of the food is top notch.
