It was a good experience, the hotel is close to tram, close to old town you can walk to a lot of places.
It was a bit Noisy, but (construction in front) it's not going to be there for ever.
Not at night just during the day.
Very good price, people were helpful at the front desk,
room was clean, and it was what they show on the web.

The Aparthotel Pergamin is a very nice hotel within 5 minutes walk of Kracow's Main Square. It was vey clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our room was on the second floor, but there was a modern lift, it was obviously a family room as there were beds for four people. The beds were comfortable. The room obviously faced east as we got the early morning sun. The bathroom had a walk in shower and there was always hot water. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. My wife asked for milk for tea and it was brought to the room very quickly. The breakfast was very good and a reasonable price. There was cereal, fruit, a selection of breads and yoghurts. There was a cold buffet with a selection of cheeses, cold meats and tomatoes. There was a hot buffet with boiled eggs, bacon and sausages. There was also the option of fried or scrambled eggs. The reception staff were very helpful in organising trips to the Salt Mine at Wieliczka and Auschwitz
Orlowska Townhouse is actually a group of apartments throughout the Old Town of Krakow, so the pictures might not be of your actual apartment - but all the buildings in the Old Town are historic and ours was lovely. Just off the main square - literally, a couple of minutes - but far enough away to be peaceful, it was beautifully decorated and furnished and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The lady came in to clean and change towels every day. Marec (Mark!) on reception at 26 Orlowska St is an absolute star and will arrange anything you need including trips, taxis etc and is a mine of useful information also. A must is the trip to Auschwitz - you will come away a different person. But just jump on the little buggy tours to see Schindlers Museum, the Ghetto and the HUNDREDS of churches!
The hotel staff went above and beyond to welcome us to Poland. From helping us booking an English speaking tour to giving us an umbrella to walk to the market, they met our every need. They are very friendly from bottom to top. If I get the chance to go back I would certainly stay here.
Thank you for a good time in Poland Holiday Inn.
THE TOPOLOWA RESIDENCE IS A FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING KRAKOW. THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY HELPFUL AND ANYTHING THAT YOU MIGHT REQUIRE THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO GET IT FOR YOU. THEY HELP YOU WITH DIRECTIONS AND POINT OUT PLACES OF INTEREST ON A MAP WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND OFFER YOU A COMPLIMENTARY DRINK ( CHERRY VODKA ) WHICH WAS SO NICE WE HAD TO BRING A BOTTLE HOME WITH US. THE OWNER EVEN BOOKED US UP TWO RESTAURANTS AND THEY WERE BOTH GREAT. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BED VERY COMFORTABLE . BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE FOR EVERYONE . I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE 10/10 .

Arrived Thursday pm and met by a driver booked through the hotel at the airport.
Very professional service, and good value.
Hotel rooms are what you would expect except for the tiny shower, but I'm 6'3" so maybe just being picky.
15 min walk from old town, and not very much locally, so worth considering this.
Overall enjoyed our stay
Located in the heart of the city, and just footsteps from the Old Town, 3-star Guest House Home & Travel Rooms and …More
Just spent 4 days in the apartments with my family. Although the communal areas looked their age, our studios had obviously recently been refurbished and were in excellent condition. Clean, bright, functional and with everything you needed to make your stay pleasant. A large and comfortable bed; the kitchen area had a new refrigerator, halogen hob and was was well appointed with pans, cups glasses etc. They even supplied washing-up liquid and washer. The shower room had plenty of space, was clean with new tiles and the shower was roomy, powerful with always plenty of hot water. When a bulb went out in the shower room the staff fixed it straight away. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Our room "overlooked" the courtyard - not that there is a courtyard really, so was very quiet. The location couldn't be better - right on the main square, so when you come out of the hotel you are right where the action is with restaurants, shops, market stalls and attractions all on your doorstep.
The Courtyard Apartments don't have an elevator so anyone having difficulties with stairs might have problems, but for me the exercise of walking up and down 3 floors several times a day helped offset the benefits of the excellent food in Krakow. (The hotel does have an elevator, but I assume for the other apartments).
I would certainly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back again.
