"The staff were amazing, I lost my phone and they let me check out late and helped me track down the phone. The Hostel itself is nice too, but this was really sweet of them and they went the extra mile 100%. So well done to the AWESOME staff at the Hostel - Thanks girls, I owe you one! "

"Great clean hostel. The bed was semi-comfortable. Acceptable id say. You're just close enough to the old town to walk it with ease but far enough away to not hear the sound of the nightlife.
Shower worked fine, toilet was fine. The hostel facilities for tea/coffee were good too. Only didn't get 5 stars as the room was pretty basic and small. But I'd stay again"

"It was alright, but the window in my room did not close fully despite all of my efforts. I had to cram a towel in the crack just to get some sleep because it was so loud. Otherwise a good experience."

"Location is amazing with only a 2 minute walk to the old town Square. We booked a family room with private bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive from check-in all the way through to checkout. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient.
I also really appreciated the complimentary water, with the option to choose between sparkling or still, as well as cold or room temperature. A small touch, but a very nice one!
Breakfast was good, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!"
"We, family of 4, stayed in the City View Suite, which easily makes it one of the top three hotels/suites we’ve ever stayed at. This is thanks to the great view and two large bedrooms, each with its own shower, bathroom, and jacuzzi. One bedroom even includes a private sauna!
This isn’t entirely clear from the hotel’s marketing, but yes, the suite includes two separate and private bedrooms. One has its own door, the other consists of a second floor that is more open but not visible from the first floor, so it still feels private. In effect, the residence works very well as a two-bedroom unit for two couples. It also has a large sofa, plus an additional bathroom and shower in the living room, which could accommodate a potential fifth guest.
The hotel serves a complimentary continental breakfast buffet in the morning, which is quite good. They own the restaurant next door and can also prepare hot breakfast dishes upon request, such as scrambled eggs, pancakes, grilled tomato, etc, at no extra charge.
The suite also came with a bottle of champagne and four mini-bars (each on each side of each bed) stocked with bottled water and soft drinks, all complimentary and included with the stay.
Being at the best location in Krakow, the view of the old town center through the window is amazing and brimming with live."
"Easy check in and out. We could leave our luggage for the day at reception after checking out, which was helpful. Handy central location in the middle of Krackow. Decent breakfast with a good mix of cooked and continental. Also a good restaurant adjacent with discount for hotel residents. The room was basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a lockable safe. Decor could do with an update in the corridors. We enjoyed our stay."
By staying at a hostel you can cut your spending on lodging and use more of your budget for going out during your stay. You can check out this destination's cultural highlights, such as its churches and historic sites.
