The pictures are much nicer than it really is. Staff seemed annoyed when I check in. They didn't seem to want business. Cockroaches and centipedes in my room.

Terrible nights sleep
Literally has the worst experience in this place. The weird guy who works in reception was a total sleezball and made me feel v uncomfortable the way he spoke to me and was v creepy. The bungalow is right on the road and no insulation whatsoever. Also walls between the bungalows are paper thin and u could hear neighbours coughing/going to the toilet as if they were in the same room as me. Motorbikes going past loudly all night kept me awake. Cheap everything inside. Old horse blankets on bed. Very expensive place: paid £90 p/n for this compared to other places it’s a rip off. Stayed one night and checked out first thing. Couldn’t stomach being around creepy reception guy any more. Food is pretty good but apart from that I recommend going elsewhere.

Overpriced
The rooms were comfortable albeit very basic. Some staff very lovely, others very surly. The food was canned/frozen food heated up with canned sauces but they charged higher prices than other places in area. If u stay here, eat elsewhere. They also dont understand cross-contamination. 1 lady touched & picked up every raw fish, crab & prawn in the bin then without washing went to deliver food to tables and fill buffet table. . . Laundry was fast. Alcohol only from bar next door as its muslim-run. Drink pricrs quite high, too. Absolutely no beach toys- no floaties, no kayaks, no paddleboards, nothing and only 6 umbrellas for whole resort. Eally overpriced for what u get.

It was a Jurassic park. 10 mins after we moved in a beach view room, we found a 5" long home-lizard crawling around in the headboard. We were then changed to a garden view room. It was fine the first night. We had another encounter in the 2nd night when we came back after dinner, a big cockcroach was running around in the shower area then it ran into underneath the bed. We spent 20 mins to chase around and get the rid of that scary bug. Shortly after we found a 2" worm on the toilet door (toilet side) and lucky that slow moving worm did not take us much time and effort to handle. The property needs pest control properly done...

Standard room nothing like a superior room. Don't recommend this type of room for long term. Hotel split by highway, back area & beach area rooms. Pool needs proper cleaning & hardy any chairs to sit by pool. Very basic breakfast & selections. Not one of our highlights for our trip!

On the Beach.
This hotel is on the beach but some rooms are across the street. The rooms are clean as is the beach. You’re close to lots of restaurants. They could use some more beach chairs but the bar next door has some with umbrellas.

nice resort by the beach
we arrived on 23rd April 2017 at 4pm. Check in was ok, just show ur itenary and they will give ur room key. our room was A2, deluxe beach front. their staff helped us to carry our bags (please give some tips to them or sadaqah).

Best place on Lanta!
We have stayed at several places on Koh Lanta and this is by far the best! The Garden Rooms are across the street from the beach, totally worth the price.

Lovely beachside resort
Great beachside location, friendly staff, nice restaurant. The beaches on Lanta are so much quieter than anywhere else we had been - bliss.

Absolutely would NOT recommend
Mum always said that if you have nothing good to say, do not say anything, enough said. Booked online for 7 days but only managed so suffer 4 days, found far better accommodation nearby for a much more attractive price.

Nice location, noisy karaoke at the hotel
We had a lovely stay up until a large Thai group arrived. They had arranged to bring their own alcohol and a karaoke party. We were not warned about this and it went on until after midnight. When I complained, both at the time and the next morning, I wasn't offered an apology or resolution. Spoilt an otherwise lovely holiday.

The room was nice and big and all we had to do was walk across the street to get to the beach, however we were woken up numerous times by small children crying and the sound coming through the shower drain. There was also a power line pole near our room that was buzzing at all times which gave the room and the area a trailer park type feel. There were more expensive beach side rooms which I'm sure we're nice, and overall the stay and the resort was nice (there was also a nice pool) but there were a few things that could have made it even better.

Nice large room on with balcony on a garden. Simple and quiet. Reception staff nice ad helpful. When it comes to breakfast, something made my stomach uncomfortable and eventually sick on the third day. I would put it if not on the eggs, on the cooking oil for eggs.

The room itself was nice,right on the beach front like we wanted,staff were ok,we rented motor bikes and travelled the whole island of koh lanta in a day,it was stunning,but the best part of our stay was finding otto's bar & grill just two minutes down the road,absolutely stunning bar,so relaxed and chilled with the friendliest staff we had met on our month long trip,will def be back just for otto's bar..

Nice is nice
Enjoyed our stay. Klong nin is by far the best beach on koh lanta with quite a few restaurants and not over crouded like the beaches up north. Rooms were clean, we had a delux room. Restaurant had a good selection of food, however, there is a restaurant down the road called Cook Kai which had the best Thai food we have ever eaten.

Aldrig igen!!
Vi fik et deleværelse, hvor det ene lugtede fælt af gammelt røg. Deres eneste løsning var at gøre lidt ekstra rent. Det var en forfærdelig lugt. Derudover var det slidt, plettet og ualmindelig trist. Vi valgte at finde en nyt hotel efter kun 1 time på stedet og flyttede dagen efter. Selvom vi mistede vores penge for de sidste 3 nætter. Vi skulle bare væk.

Greit hotell
Fint hotell med grei standard. Rommet var veldig fint og det var herlig med utendørs dusj. Hotellet var ikke så behjelpelig når det kom til transport til og fra flyplassen. Vi hadde bestilt transport fra flyplassen til hotellet, men de møtte ikke opp. De kunne heller ikke hjelpe oss med transport til flyplassen når vi skulle dra hjem. Utendørsområdet trenger en oppgradering, og det var litt få solsenger ved bassenget. Men alt i alt var det et fint opphold på et greit hotell.

Ok familjehotell
Ok hotell, men inte mer. Trångt vid poolen och väldigt ont om solstolar, så om man vill ligga där behöver man upp och "ringa" stolar väldigt tidigt. Vattnet i poolen var mjölkaktig och periodvis kördes en extern pump som stod på bassängkanten vilket var rätt störande. Trevligt massagestället i anslutning till poolområdet! Trevlig personal på hotellet. Maten ok men inget speciellt.Rummen var ok men badrummen kunde varit fräschare. Lite störande att bli väckt av minareten klockan 05:30 varje morgon men det är ju ett muslimskt land så det får man ha med i beräkningarna.

För långt att gå från vår "superior" bungalow. Över en väl trafikerad väg för att komma till poolen som hade för få sängar. Havet och restaurangen lika långt. Ett stort problem för mig som har svårt att gå som jag hade meddelat innan.

Nydelig sted hyggelig betjening veldig god mat , men vi bodde nok i en gammel bungalow var veldig sliten og veldig dårlig vanntrykk på bade .
Stranden ved hotellet de dekker opp med bord helt nede på stranden med hvit duker og lys på kvelden så fantastisk ut .

Four nights @ Klong Nin Beach
Staff service was 10/10. Breakfast was great with many options. The conditions of the rooms where not super, especially bathrooms that where pretty old and smelled a bit funky. All-in-all location is great and the beach is nice.

Fint rum men på fel sida vägen.
Det framgick inte att bungalowen låg på andra sidan vägen. AC var inte kopplad så under handfatet stod en sönderklippt vattendunk som vi blev tvungna tömma flera ggr per dag å även natt för att inte behöva gå i vatten till toan. Inbrottsförsök som dock hanterades bra. Alex från Sydafrika var suveränt trevlig.

Hit åker jag igen
Mycket trevlig barnvänlig resort för den som reser med barn men passar utmärkt även utan barn. Bra strand med bra restauranger runt omkring. Mycket trevlig personal på resorten som hjälpte till direkt om något inte var till belåtenhet. Frukosten kunde varit bättre men utöver det var allt perfekt. Rummet jag bodde i var nytt och i bra skick och städningen tipp topp.

Underbart häng för hela familjen!
Mysigt, avslappnat och bra ställe. Vi reste med två barn och bodde i en jättefin bungalow mot stranden, med en extrasäng. Vi fick problem med ac’n på rummet och de försökte laga den direkt. När de inte funkade fick vi en natt i en till bungalow så de kunde byta ut den gamla. Så bra service! All personal var trevlig och riktigt barnkära! Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka. Det enda minuset var frukosten, litet utbud och bara snabbkaffe.

Lugnt och skönt!
Trevligt hotell, lugnt och skönt. Rekommenderas till dom som bara vill ta det lugnt, sola, bada och äta god mat. Stora rum och bra städning. Jättefin strand, stor, lång och nästintill inga människor. Poolen ser dock större ut på bilden:

Magiskt ställe för sol o bad!
Vi var 4 olika familjer det fungerade toppen. Platsen där resorten ligger är ju magisk. Frukosten är ok, kunde varit bättre.

Hinta ja laatu kohdillaan
Uimakelpoisella rannalla mukava hotelli missä hinta ja laatu kohdillaan. Tilat vanhahkoja mutta siistejä. Vessan vuotava pönttö korjattiin välittömästi pyydettäessä. Aamupalapuffet riittävä. Palvelu ystävällistä. Hotellin ruoka hyvää, pienet annokset ainoa miinus. Wifii toimi loistavasti.
