The hotel and pool area could use some polish but the staff and location were 10/10. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful and personally offered to drive us places if need be.

Love the hotel location. Minimart, restaurants, bar & massage place near the area. Hotel staffs are very friendly. They will assist you in everyway possible. Good job! Hotel swimming pool needs some renovation. Looks kinda old and dirty. It was raining season when i was there so probably the caused of it.

Good location, service need improvement
The location of the hotel was excellent -- near the beach and close to loads of restaurants and bars. Very walkable. However, we found the service was lacking in several instances and the hotel appeared to have been updated hastily and cheaply. The elevator was not in service for several days, and our room was on the 5th floor. The hotel staff just said "sorry" and didn't do much to make up for the inconvenience. The pool water was not clean and did not appear to have a working filter. The sun loungers were broken, and the used towels and empty glasses/bottles sat unattended for days on end, even after we mentioned it to the manager. The manager did make a gesture of compensation after our complaints, which we appreciated. However, the larger issue of changing what was wrong did not seem to be addressed. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Krabi, but for the price we paid at Days Inn, we didn't find the value worthwhile.

If I was 25, but I'm 45
Hotel didn't have our reservation, staff didn't speak English, wanted to charge me twice since they didn't have my Orbitz reservation, wanted 500 baht security deposit for a 2nd key card (there was 2 of us...we both wanted a key!), 1st room AC dripped water onto TV, 2nd room very weak wifi signal, tin roof right outside window so very loud when it rained, mosquitoes in the room, king size bed is really 2 twins pushed together, bathroom hairs on floor from previous guest(s), very dated room, booked a "ground floor superior" placed me in a 3rd floor, pictures on website, orbitz, etc do NOT tell the truth (at least what I saw/experienced). If I was 25 and traveling with a friend, the room is perfectly located and probably would do the job because I would pass out the moment I got back to the room. However, I'm 45 and wanted a room that actually was "superior" along with an experience.

Very rundown hotel.
Not good ,hotel very rundown, bed lumpy and hard, pool dirty , building work going on outside, dangerous to walk out side hotel. Better staying at the other end of ao nang looked very nice there.

A solid beach hotel -
Solid stay. We wanted to stay at a hotel on the beach that would be calmer then Ko Phi Phi where we had spent the last few days prior. This was exactly that. At the end of the Ao Nang beach it was quieter but we could still walk to all the action within 15-20min walk. It was also only a few minute walk away from the long tail boats to Railay beach. Rooms were OK, a little better then what one would expect for a three star hotel. Breakfast was average. Overall good value for money.

There was a slight problem with getting the rooms I booked. However, they eventually made it so much better by giving us the penthouse at the regular room rate. The original rooms did not have ocean views which were on the original booking. They were somewhat run down, but clean. The service was gracious and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

2 star hotel near beach
Very disappointing. The photographs of the hotel shown in the website is misleading. It appears to be a posh hotel but actually a very run down hotel, looks like a few old apartment converted to hotel and a few blocks connected together. Staff were unfriendly. I booked the hotel at the rate with 'seaview'. But upon entering the room, I noticed that my room was without seaview, blocked by roof and facing a miserable small swimming pool. I asked the hotel since I have paid a higher rate with seaview, she just told me that there was no room available. I then realized that that they had earlier changed my room without my permission, from 503 to 109 as shown by the handwriting in the breakfast coupon. I told the staff that they should charge me a lower rate but she just kept silence. I requested for the room change for the next day. She said she would speak to her manager. The next morning, I was told that no room was available. I was utterly disappointed. Breakfast was bland and not much variety. The TV power cord in my room was loose. Every day, I have to adjust the power cord before I could turn on the TV. I told my friends and colleagues not to stay in this hotel. Sorry to say that but that's my honest opinion.

enjoyed my stay. good clean room w tub. enjoyed soaking in the tub n relax after walking n shopping. located right along street next to aonang beach.. great breakfast, n restaurant facing beach. friendly staff... only thing that I m disappointed is that tv has got no cable channels even though it say it does in the website...

Room was clean and comfortable; we booked a Superior Ocean View room and we were very happy with it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for walking around town and it is right on the Ao Nang Beach. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Even thought it was included in the cost of the room we choose to eat breakfast at the Black Canyon Coffee shop just down the street. We would stay here again, besides the breakfast the experience was very nice.

The bed may as well as been a bunch of rocks and we had to get a number of blankets to cover the mattress to make it bearable. The sink in the bathroom leaked and gave the room a musty smell.Everyday for our 7 nights we had to chase up towels , water or something. Staff were always apologetic but it was simply not up to standard Breakfast was great in a great location.

Hotellet är slitet och behöver verkligen renoveras.. Personalen var verkligen utmärkt och gjorde allt för att man skulle trivas så bra som möjligt. Rummet var stort med en jacuzzi , dock fanns det mycket vattenskador och mögel i duschutrymmet.

Sentralt beliggende.
Hyggelig sted. Fine rom med spesielt bad :). Nå fikk vi et rom med begrenset utsikt, men det betyr ikke noe. Pene og greie forhold. Når det er sagt kunne kanskje pool området være vedlikeholdt litt. Enkle ting som dusen som bare er en slange-ende, og litt flere og bedre parasoller hadde vært fint å få orden på. Poolen er uansett ikke det mest attraktive her, men kjekk å ha om man skulle ta det med ro en dag. Ellers veldig sentralt. Og veldig hyggelig resepsjonister.

Mukava ja siisti hotelli lähellä rantaa
Minulla oli yhden hengen huone ilman näköalaa. Huone oli siisti ja riittävän tilava yhdelle hengelle. Olin laittanut toiveeksi double bed, tupakoivien huone, ja nämä myös toteutui. Huoneessa oli terassi maa tasossa, jossa ei tosiaan ollut näköalaa, kuin viereisen rakennuksen sivulle. Mutta en kummempaa odottanutkaan. Huoneessa oli minibaari, jota ei kyllä täytetty oloaikanani. Minulle ei kuulunut hintaan aamiaista. Viimeisenä aamuna ostin aamiaisen, ja se oli hyvin thaimaalainen. Oli riisiä ja vihanneksia, mutta paahtoleivän päälle vain rasvaa ja hilloa. Ei ollut mielestäni hintansa väärti. Hotellissa oli myös kiva uima-allasalue, jossa sai olla aika lailla omassa rauhassa. Johtuen varmaan siitä, että ranta oli ihan vieressä.

huoneet haisivat aivan järkyttävän homeelta, aamupalalla joka aamuu täysin samanlaiset ruuat jotka eivät olleet kummoisia (huonoimpina aamuina pahaksi mennyttä maitoa) henkilökunta ystävällistä ja mm. melkein joka päivä siivoja oli askarellut pyyhkeistä erilaisia kuvioita. hotelli on todella lähellä rantaa

Ett helt ok hotell, bra läge med frukost ute på verandan mot havet. Det nödvändigaste fanns i frukostbuffén, Mycket hjälpsam personal, rymliga, rena och helt okey rum, poolområdet fungerar, men är i behov av renovering. Kommer bo här igen om vi åker till Ao Nang

Access to the beach (through a narrow way between the beachside Restaurants and down an incomplete ladder but it's quite close). Pool is only 1,2m deep and full of fallen leaves, which were never removed during our stay. Staff doesn't speak English (very bad even for Thailand). Rooms were clean and well equipped, except for the giant clear glas Window from the toilet to the bed. Why would I want to see what's going on in the toilet from the bedroom? Wifi coverage was rather bad that's common in Thailand. After all a great stay for little money.

部屋は綺麗でしたが水圧が弱いというか出ない…
ビーチからも近いしお土産屋さんやレストランも周りに沢山ありましたので立地は悪くないんですが、シャワーの水がポタポタくらいしか出ませんでした！わたしは一泊だけだったのでシャワーは浴びずに帰ってしまったのですが…。それ以外は気になる点はなかったです。

Hotellet sto ikke til de forventningene vi hadde ut i fra bilder og informasjon på nett. Renholdet og service på rommene var langt under pari. Grunnet dårlige engelsk kunnskaper på personellet ble det mange missforståelser som kunne vært forhindret

Tolle Lage
Besonders gut hat mir die Lage gefallen: eines der wenigen Hotels, die direkt am Strand sind und auch Aussicht aufs Meer bieten. Das Zimmer war ganz OK und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich stimmig.

2 pensionärer i Ao Nang
Dåligt underhållen pool. Flera lösa mosaikplattor och obefintlig fogmassa. Endast ett fåtal solstolar och ännu färre madrasser. Rummet helt ok på fjärde vån. med fin utsikt men dåligt med garderobsutrymme och få lådor.Rummet kändes litet endast ett sängbord men bra dusch och toalett med betonggolv!! Trevligt med frukost nere vid stranden. Tveksamt om det var prisvärt?
