If you are in a big group, if you want to cook and if you want a cozy private pool, it is a great place to stay. It is better to buy drinking water and food before reaching to the house. TESCO LOTUS is near by so you may ask airport taxi driver to stop by if you are coming from airport. Pictures on the booking page was precise. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen utinciles were enough. You can simply ask for more utensils if you need. Tuk tuk service was convenient to the nearest beach for only one round trip, back and force, per day. The concierge person was patient and understanding. She had 2 friendly dogs by her office. Drainage system needs a bit improvement but did not bother too much. Ants will be everywhere if you don't clean properly in the kitchen and dining table. It was a bit scary to see many ants so I recommend to clean nicely before going to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Toilet was good. There were four rooms in the villa. One of them in the first level had a pathetically low amount of water from the shower head. And that room has endless amount of flies that we became expert flies swatter after the trip.
