Had wonder service as well as not so great. Had a special request from Rome service, and managers were absolutely the best in helping me.
Service in restaurant and bar was very hit or miss. Of 3 morning breakfasts, twice my order was forgotten as well as such slow service.
Room is ok, but like in the public areas, the fabric seated chairs were dirt stained, looks like they have never been cleaned. But I have found this true of other Gateways, is it policy not to shampoo the dirty furniture?
Will I return ? Probably not, when JW and others of better caliber can be had for same or lesser price
