The location is close to center of town and attractions. We found the food to be much below expectations. We are used to vegetarian food so that wasn’t the issue, it was just very unappetizing. We had ordered dinner which was delivered to our room. We did go to the 6:30 a.m. ceremony followed by breakfast. It was a delightful experience. The location was good and there was close parking. If you aren’t adventurous, I don’t recommend it, and if you go, please be curious, open, and full of respect. The non-sleeping rooms will be very cold in winter, the food served is the food served, without changes available, there are rules about which slippers to wear where and what can be photographed, etc. If you’re interested in deep travel (versus hedonism), you will be gifted and changed.
