They clean the room and change the towels everyday. I appreciate the free coffee and hot water. But it would have been a lot better if there is a free drinking water for the clients too. The only negative experience we had was upon arrival, our flight was delayed and we estimated our arrival time at the hotel at around 1230AM to 1AM. We called the hotel to inform them of this. We were told that if we will be arriving by 1230 it will be fine but if we will be arriving at 1AM then we will be charged a certain amount (of which we have already forgotten at this point). We were booked from July4-8, we were estimating to arrive between 12MN-1AM on July5th. I asked the receptionist why we will be charged since we technically have paid from July4 and we will be checking in at July5. And on the confirmation letter it just says to contact the hotel if arrival is after midnight, which we did. He just said it’s for a charge. We left the guest house at around 7:00am. There is no one seated in the reception so I decided to leave the keycard (your access in to enter your room and the other automated doors) on the reception table. We never knew that we forgot some things inside our room. So we went back and call the telephone number of the guesthouse but they dropped our call. I rang the bell and someone answered and I told him our concern but he shouted. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
