My room was around 7 ft. by 8 1/2 ft., and some of that was carved out for a bathroom. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was poorly maintained, and the wallpaper was peeling in a number of places. I was supposed to have a deluxe twin room. There was nothing deluxe about it in any way, and it had only one small bed, not 2 twins. Would highly recommend based on the location alone, as I was able to commute to any part of Hong Kong easily. Room was clean, bed was firm and comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well. The owner was very welcoming and gave plenty of recommendations. The room is extremely small (bed touches the walls on three sides), but this was expected given the price and didn't really affect me.
