夕方17時頃にチェックインしに伺うと、施錠されており、電話番号が書かれた紙が貼られているだけでした。データ通信のみのsimの私は何もすることができず廊下で1時間ほど待たざるを得ませんでした。 ドライヤーがあると書かれていますが全部屋で一つとのことで、他のお客さんが部屋の中に持ち込んでしまっていると使えません。 時間に余裕がありいい加減さを楽しめるバックパッカーにとっては最高の安宿だと思います。全部含めていい思い出です。

重慶マンション　最初は緊張しました。　しかし香港のホテル代は高すぎですね。 スタッフの方はフィリピン人簡単な英語で鍵の説明など丁寧にしてくださいました。 エアコンはよく効くのですが機械音がうるさすぎです。 耳栓を使用することをお勧めします。

#### Okay, but aged and some issues.

It was about what I expected - small, aged, but decent value. Almost everything worked as it should, but I noticed the door could be unlocked with a decent amount of pressure on the handle (as you would normally open it), and the only additional lock inside was a small slide lock. From a security standpoint, not really the best but there was always a person watching at the main desk, and nothing was ever removed from my room. I was also annoyed by a fair number of small ants around the air conditioner that would likely have turned many people off. I have stayed in other guest houses before that were larger and did not have this problem, so I have given this a middling review.

#### 立地は超一流、設備は料金なり

香港は数回渡航、重慶マンションは初めての宿泊です。 重慶マンション正面に乗り一直線に歩いた後、突き当り手前のCエレベータに乗ります。 エレベータ手前の案内にしっかりと『１３階大阪賽館』と書かれています、が....... 13階に到着し、右側大阪賽館のドアを開けようとした処、鍵がかかっていまして一瞬、？になりましたが、左側の新格蘭賓館（ニューグランドハウス）からフロントのおばさんが出てきて、そちらで宿帳の記帳を行いました。同じ経営者なのかと思いますが、初めて泊まる方は戸惑うかもしれません。 （私自身、あせった。） 設備については、掃除は入念に行っているようです。ベットの下も綺麗に清掃されていました。 但し、皆さんご存知の通り部屋は大変狭く、エアコンのスイッチを入れると室外機の横にでも居るのか？という非常にうるさい音が聞こえたり、トイレとシャワーの間隔が狭く、シャワーを浴びると様式の便器が水びたしになります。ので、気になる方は耳栓と、ペーパータオルを持参したほうが良いかも知れません。 （この２点については重慶マンション内の他ゲストハウスでもおそらく同様でしょう） 評価については人それぞれですが、私自身の評価としては、立地条件☆×５、価格☆×５（香港の宿泊事情を考慮して）居心地は☆２－４（いろんな意味でテンションがあがったりさがったり）をつけたいと思います。

좁고 습하고 냄새나고 답답해요. 숙소가 아니라 감옥 같아요. 화장실 겸 샤워실은 아담한 제가 들어가도 좁아서 씻지도 못했어요. 더럽기도 더럽고.숙소비 아낄려고 싼데 잡은건데 가격 값하는거 같아요.

#### チョンキンマンションでも良い人なら

まず、ホテルのサイトの写真は全てダブルの部屋です。 シングルに泊まったのですが、広さはベッドとシャワー含めて３畳あるか無いかって感じ。 窓が付いてる様に書いてあったと思ったんですが、エアコンで塞がれてます。 遅くてすぐ満員になるエレベーターで１３階まで行き来するのも面倒。 宿代の高い香港でどうしても安く泊まりたいって人以外は止めた方が良いです。

シーツが赤い血が2ミリぐらい付いていたのが残念。香港の相場かもしれないが若干、高いと思う。 今度は京都ﾎｽﾃﾙがあったのでそちらを利用したい。

安宿と言えばTVがボロいとか隣りがうるさいとか当たり前ですが、ここはそれがありませんでした。 何よりホテル名が素敵です。 シャワーや鍵はチョンキンレベルですが、トータルでチョンキン史上最高に位置します。

#### １月３１日から２月４日まで泊まりました。

飛行機が遅れて、またパスポート入りのバックをバスに置き忘れ色々していたらかなり遅い時間であるにもかかわらずちゃんと泊めていただきました。またパスポートを取り返すのにも協力して頂きました。オーナーと特に従業員の方に感謝します。設備はホステルなのでそこそこです。ただ金額からするとこんな感じかなというとこです。私にとって値段以上のものでした。また香港に行く機会があれば利用したいです。 一番奥のエレベーターで右と左で止まる階が違います。ご注意ください。またエレベーターを必ず使うことをお勧めします。混んでいても。

#### 只有地點好，睡一覺趕快出門

我們預定的是大阪賓館，在重慶大廈C座13樓，但是卻帶我們去住9樓的其他間旅館，雖然在這很普遍，但是品質也差太多，換到9樓的房間又小又髒，房間有櫃子卻都鎖住，看起來像倉庫，床底下還有皮箱，覺得可怖，浴室電熱水器洗到一半會沒熱水，要控制好熱水出水量，唯一好處就是有浴巾、沐浴乳，WIFI穩定，以及眾所皆知的好地點(尖沙咀)。(如果被換間要提出抗議)

침대위 빨간색 긴 머리카락이 발견되고 에어컨은 작동이 되는지 의문스럽습니다. 1인실 이용했는데 방은 1인용 침대로 가득차고 화장실은 성인 남자가 돌아서기도 힘들 정도로 매우 좁습니다. 침사추이역에서 가까운건 장점이네요.

매우 실망. 가격에 비해 너무 좁고 비누 치약 수건도 없음 쪽방 수준이며 5평정도의 오피스텔 밀집 간물로 입구에서부터 동남아인들이 수압이 몰려서 물건을 파는등 헌경도 엉망 정말 다시 가고 싶지 않음
