Firstly he coldly asked us to fill in the declare form, however he didn’t guide us how and where to complete the form so both of us standing in front of him for 5 mins waiting for nothing. After completing the form he told us we were not able to check in as my address is on their covid list. Given that my building does not have any confirmed case, but still being rejected from the hotel. He then said they will refund the full amount to me (which I still cannot see it on my bank statement, not sure about the progress). To be honest I’m not quite happy with the policy of the hotel, however the attitude of the male staff is rude that makes me wonder whether they have provided any customer service training to their staff. I even asked the male staff if there’s any manager that I can talk to. He directly told me no. After a while I asked again, he just asked the female staff next to him to answer my questions, and he simply just walked away.
