I was a little disappointed that I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room but not to the Horizon Club - what was the point? Carpeting in some areas threadbare - not what was expected. Otherwise an excellent stay!

The hotel was so nice, staff was very helpful and attentive. Love how they change the carpets in the elevators everyday. The exercise machines needed a little attention. Like the spin bike was not able to be working and another bike did not have TV.

The stay was good. But we lost money in the safe in the room. Very sophisticated operation. They took half of the money from each bundle so the theft would not be detected when checking out.

The room furnishing is dated, with dirty stained and dusty curtain. Wind down service is really unnecessary; to make thing worse, the staff rang the bell at 9pm and opened the door immediately.

Room was spacious and it was like a back to home feeling after spending the daytime exploring Hong Kong. Housekeeping service was clean and efficient. Hotel staff were helpful and rendered help readily by tracing the cab i took from hongkong palace museum back to the hotel.

It offers a mix of positives and drawbacks. Its prime location near Tsim Sha Tsui station provides excellent accessibility, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. Housed in an older building, the hotel maintains a good standard of cleanliness and comfort. Despite the aging structure, the spacious rooms on the 20th floor offer stunning views, adding a positive aspect to the stay. However, the staff's friendliness could be improved. While not unwelcoming, a warmer and more attentive approach would enhance the overall guest experience. Moreover, the hotel lacks in providing essential amenities such as facial wash and lotion, a feature that could elevate its service, especially for female guests. On the positive side, the nearby park is a valuable addition, particularly for families. It provides a convenient space for recreation and play, adding a family-friendly touch to the stay. Unfortunately, the food quality falls short of expectations. Some dishes were notably difficult to bite, affecting the overall dining experience. An improvement in culinary offerings would undoubtedly elevate the hotel's reputation in this regard. In summary, the hotel's convenient location, spacious rooms, and impressive views contribute to a positive stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of staff friendliness, amenities, and food quality. Classy hotel with exceptional service
We absolutely love this hotel. It is located on the east side of TST, but with easy access to the East Tsim Sha Tsui exit P. The common area looked a bit aged, but the hotel still looked and felt classy. Service was exceptional. We booked a harbor view room and there is no mis-advertising there, i.e. we have a floor to ceiling window with a 180-degree harbor view. Room size is very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids compared to most other Hong Kong hotel. Each twin bed was a good size, more like a double bed. We really liked the cute little things that the hotel prepared for our kids, such as a pair kid-size slippers, Le Petit Prince brand toiletries. We all enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely return.
