Depending how many guests, the room space is sufficient for Hong Kong standards. One thing I would suggest is the quality consistent. To provide new towels and the right amount for the number of guests in room. Also to provide more toilet paper. Hot water was not an issue as the whole building seems to be many hotels. I had stayed in another hotel in the same building and they had no hot water. No mold in bathroom sink or tiles. The staff were excellent in hospitality as they were full one night but managed to locate another hotel without our request. Check in and out was convenient. I loved staying there!!
