1. I reached to hotel at 9:00 PM and was very tired. The hotel receptionist, even with out checking asked me to cancel the Booking by Hotels.com, as he said that they would not have received the payment

"The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."
