This holiday home offers the perfect balance between peace and excitement.  
Nestled in a charming villa neighborhood, it provides a serene escape just minutes from the lively cities of Vlissingen and Middelburg. Whether you're winding down after a day of adventure or soaking up the sun along the coast, this is your home away from home.With the beach just around the corner, it's a paradise for sea and sun lovers. Prefer exploring the area? Two city bikes are available, perfect for scenic rides to nearby towns. After a day full of new impressions, unwind on the private outdoor terrace and enjoy the comfort and calm surrounding you.

Accommodation  
Step into the holiday home and feel immediately at home. The living room invites you with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table that is perfectly positioned by the television for those cozy movie nights. At the cozy dining area, equipped with three chairs, you can enjoy homemade meals or play a game. The open kitchen is a dream for every hobby chef with a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, and of course, a Nespresso and kettle for your morning coffee or tea.   
  
The bedroom gives a chic hotel feeling and is furnished with a double bed, nightstands, and a spacious wardrobe. Air conditioning and blackout window coverings ensure optimal comfort and a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit, a walk-in shower with a rain shower, and a toilet.   
  
Outside, you will find a sunny south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late at night. With a table, chairs, and a parasol, you can enjoy outdoor dining or relax in one of the two sun loungers. For extra comfort on warm days, there is also a second parasol available.   
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and there are no facilities for children up to 2 years old.   
  
The holiday home is designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. With bicycle storage, private parking spaces, and charging points for electric cars, everything has been thought of. Our two city bikes are also ready for you, so you can discover the hidden gems of the area at your own pace. Located on the island of Walcheren, the charming village of Koudekerke is home to this lovely holiday retreat, with the vibrant cities of Vlissingen and Middelburg nearby. Each city has its unique appeal, creating a balanced blend of culture, nature, and hospitality.  
  
Though small, Koudekerke is an ideal base for exploring the Zeeland coast. By bike, you’ll reach the beach quickly, perfect for a refreshing swim or a long walk along the shore. The village itself has a cozy center where you can sample local specialties and experience warm Zeeland hospitality.  
  
Just a short trip away, Vlissingen opens onto the Westerschelde with a sweeping boulevard where you can enjoy stunning views of passing ships and relax at one of the many seaside cafés. Middelburg, Zeeland’s capital, is rich in history and charm, with landmarks like the grand Abbey and stately town hall surrounded by historic architecture. Yet, it also has a modern, lively side, offering trendy boutiques, art galleries, and year-round events.
