Enjoy a perfect holiday in this spacious modern semi-detached chalet in Kötschach-Mauthen in the Alps in Carinthia, close to the village centre and less than 200 meters from the ski lift and slopes of the Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area. This chalet combines comfort with a warm, homely atmosphere and offers stunning views of the surroundings. After an active day, you can relax on the terrace or in the garden. Free WLAN is available, and you can park under the carport  
At the end of Carinthia's Gailtal valley, where paths from all corners of the world cross, lies Kötschach-Mauthen. Nestled between breathtaking mountain formations and blessed with above-average sunshine hours, it is in the middle of one of the most beautiful corners of Carinthia and less than 9 kilometers from the Italian border. Sports and pleasure lovers will find exactly what they are looking for!  
  
This ski-in/ski-out chalet is just a few meters from the ski lift and slopes of the Kötschach - Mauthen - Vorhegg ski area, a small ski area with 6 km of ski slopes and 37 km of perfectly groomed cross-country trails. Other ski areas in the region include the well-known Nassfeld ski area with 110 km of ski slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienzer Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 km of ski slopes and the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in East Tyrol with 12 km of ski slopes. You can easily reach these ski resorts in 30-45 minutes by car.  
  
Kötschach-Mauthen is part of the tourist region Nassfeld - Pressegger See and offers a good range of restaurants and shops, various hiking and cycling tours, the 'Hike World' hiking world with 25 themed trails, the water and wellness oasis Aquarena and the small and idyllic natural swimming pool Waldbad Mauthen.  
The famous Carinthian lakes Pressegger See and Weissensee can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes. Also, visit the Wolayersee and Frischenkofel to experience a combination of the most impressive mountains and lakes!
