The room was nice and clean but there wasn’t any soap whatsoever in my room. I’m sure if I needed some I could have asked but I was only there for a night and then I left so it didn’t really matter. The bed was also pretty stiff so I had a little trouble falling asleep but if you like a hard mattress you’ll sleep just fine. The hotel is right in front of a river and walking distance to the Kotohira-gu Shrine. It’s convenient to those sightseeing places. Staffs were nice and helpful. Their English was not so good but tried their best to communicate with us. Japanese style breakfast and dinner were yummy.
