It is a walking distance to Sabah Tourism Board where one can find information about Sabah ang get brochures. The area is surrounded by malls, restaurants, eateries, groceries and convenience stores. It is also proximate to the bus station. The area is safe even at night as it is in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. We got a family room which is very spacious. It has a view of the city. The air conditioning unit served its purpose well. There is also water heater in the shower. The complimentary coffee-creamer- sugar combo is surprisingly enjoyable. I like accommodations which are carpeted so this hotel suits me well. The staff is friendly and helpful.
