got a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. the room is clean. but we will prefer the bathroom and toilet to have a partition separating from the bedroom. location is great. grocery store just around the corner, a busy bar downstairs and a nice fruit shop too.

Little Gaya Hotel is great for couples
Little Gaya Hotel is well located near many eateries, Jesselton, the airport and other bus station and many shopping malls. The staff are generally very helpful and the rooms with windows are large and well fitted for a mid range hotel. There are only about14 rooms so they are regularly fully booked. Would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect for Ferry
Had one night stay at Little gaya hotel. Wanted to be close to ferry in the morning to go to the island. Perfect location for ferry and nipping into kk! Room was very spacious way better than expected with ac!

Great. Comfort. Pleasant stay as the hotel is very close to other major attraction for tourist such as the infamous Sunday Market of Gaya Street, Jetty to island hopping at the Jesselton Point, KK Signal Observatory Hill.

Not too bad but a bit expensive.
Room not too bad but no Window and too expensive Compared to hotel shangri-la which was the same price and much better. Good bed I only chose this one because it was close to the jetty, to go on the islands.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, secure and safe.
The place is clean but maintenance is needed e.g. paint is chipped off walls. I like the fact the front door is kept locked. The rooms are spacious enough but there is some street noise. far enough away from mosques so you can sleep in. Safe place to leave luggage if leaving for a few days. Good value for the money.

Just a gentle reminder if u're taking a cab fm airport. Must really emphasized htl name very clearly. Since little gaya is not well known by everyone, we're brought to kinabalu daya htl instead.since there's a rd closure, d cab driver dropped us at d main rd and just pointed us d hotel direction..v disappointed, we have to use gps to find our own way to the correct htl n we've to walk at least another 15 mins to reach our destination.. no doubt its v near to suria mall but its quite far fm gaya ctr.. hotel itself quite pleasant, room very spacious n cosy with comfortable bed n pillows..but shower n wc is not practical. It was separated by a glass wall, washing basin is outside d toilet n make our daily routine inconvenient..apart fm this, everything is ok.. htl surrounding very quiet n peaceful..but no worries abt getting hungry..

comfortable stay, a quiet hotel. bathroom is spacious, super amazing shower, very comfy bed, affordable price. if you are looking for something simple, this is your spot. only drawback is that the walls are thin, and room's a bit small.

乾淨，地理位置好
房間很大也很乾淨，地點就在shopping mall對面，離超市、雜貨店跟很多有名食店都很近，入口小、要上樓梯，不建議帶大件或重行李的旅客，我們住的201號房正對著工地，工地施工到晚上12點比較吵，熱水要先開著水喉幾分鐘放水才有，但水壓和熱度是可以的，冷氣有點而滴水，門卡鎖也用不了要麻煩櫃臺人員開門，都是一些小問題，總體來說也算不錯。

코타키나발루에 새벽에 도착해서 비싼 곳은 아까워서 이용했어요~ 근데 제셀톤포인트에서 엄청 가깝구요. 바로 옆에 마트도 있어요ㅋㅋ 위치는 진짜 짱이에요!

訂的是有窗雙人房型，房間很大乾淨，地理位置好就在China town的盡頭，離商場餐廳碼頭都近，唯獨大廳跟房間都在二樓沒有電梯，適合行李輕便的旅客！

새벽도착 하루만 묵었어요
첫날 도착해서 하룻밤 지냈는데 그랩 불러서 갔는데도 운전기사님이 못찾으셔서 당황했어요 ㅋㅋ 일층에 유리문 있고 이층이 호텔이어서 그 유리문을 잘 찾아야해요. 호텔보단.. 여관이나 모텔느낌이에요 ㅋㅋ 창문없지만 하룻밤이니까요뭐 제셀톤 포인트랑 가까워서 선택한거였는데 가까워서 좋았어요 올드타운화이트커피랑도 꽤 가깝고 가는길에 슈퍼들도 있더라구요 딱! 새벽도착 하룻밤 자는것만 추천이요

깔끔하지만 카드키를 빼면 모든전원이 차단됨 냉장고도 꺼져서 안시원함 냉장고에 곰팡이 엄청많고 냄새남 제셀톤포인트에서 도보 3분거리 수리아사바 쇼핑몰 위즈마메르데카 가까움 근처에 밥집많으나 말레이시아 로컬 음식점이라 아마 먹기 어려움 저희는 그냥 프랜차이즈 같은데서 밥 먹었습니다 냉장고만 빼면 나름 만족 침대도 푹신

Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Das Little Gaya ist ein schönes kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Es sind viele Restaurants und Shopping-Malls in der nahen Umgebung. Wir hatten eines der größeren Zimmer. Dieses war gut und schön ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber, abgesehen von unter dem Bett, wo noch Spuren des Vormieters zu sehen waren. Als Minuspunkt ist zu erwähnen, dass das Bad im Zimmer integriert ist und es keine Badtüre gibt, die man zu machen kann. Unser Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße aus. Diese hat man auch wahrgenommen. Außerdem hat das Internet auch sehr schlecht funktioniert. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Einschränkungen.

호텔 위치 아주 좋습니다. 주변에 슈퍼마켓이나 음식점 굉장히 가까워요. 단점은 호텔 방음이 잘 안됩니다. 그리고 창문없는 방은 아침에 너무 깜깜해요. 화장실이 여닫이 유리문이라 좀 당황스러웠어요. 잠금장치가 없습니다. 와이파이도 잘 안터져서 그냥 유심 데이터 썼어요.

The deluxe room with window we stayed for 4nights is spacious. Walking distance to the jesselton pier is gd for us as we head to the islands everyday. There is 2 supermarkets nearby with sliced fruit selling. The location is convenient. It was a nice experience.

今次有朋友意外在零晨要急召救傷車前往急症室, 飯店有通宵注守的職員盡心協助, 快協助電召車, 令我印象深刻。另外, 飯店位置方便食飯及購物，良好。

新式小型酒店, 但嘈音太難忍受
Little Gaya 位置極佳, 步行幾分鐘可到Jesselton point, 放便坐船出島。亦近Sunday market 、shopping mall 及本地餐廳。 内裡裝修新式、乾淨。就以上條件基本上十分值得推介。 但附近應有一家Bar 或者 Disco, 半夜"巨大" 的動感音樂聲到清晨四時才停。 有窗的房間近路邊, 車聲、下雨聲還有很多複聲。

サピ島の島巡りには便利な立地
港まで徒歩5分と言う近い、ビジネスホテルという感じ。 近くにはスーパーやコンビニがあり、不自由することもありません。 食事も、近く日本食の「長崎」や中華料理や中華系マレー料理、バクテーの店があり便利です。 部屋は小さいですが、熱いお湯が出るシャワーなど快適です。

위치즌 좋지만 같은가격이면 가야 센트럴 호텔에 묵을듯
1. 냉장고와 에어컨은 항상 켜져있으면 좋겠습니다. 방에서 나갈때마다 방 전체 전원이 꺼지기 때문에 냉장고가 있지만 무용지물이고, 에어컨도 꺼져서 방에 입실할때마다 꿉꿉한 냄새가 납니다. 2. 창문은 있지만 무색합니다. 바로 앞에 건물이 있고 창문이 있어서 커튼을 항상 쳐놔야 합니다. 3. 밤에 주변이 시끄럽고 방음이 잘 안돼서 밤새 잠을 이루기 어렵습니다. 4. 같은 돈이면 가야 센트럴 호텔에서 묵을것 같습니다.

在301號房（豪華標準客房）待了4晚 附近什麼都有，超市、麵包店、水果攤..非常方便 離碼頭/百貨公司/旅客服務中心走路不用10分鐘 住宿期間的早餐都在附近的富源解決 所有要求櫃台都會協助，英語溝通沒問題。

The size of the room is enough for two but there are not windows and the light is a bit dark for me. The location of the hotel is quite near to the port and the street which have many famous food. The service is good. Since I have a accident, the staff has company me to the hospital and help me all the way. However, I suggest the hotel should have a CCTV out the stairs to better protect the service users. By the way, I will recommend it!

Good budget Hotel with great location
The location of this hotel is superb. 8 mins walk to jesselton pier. Perfect if you want to go island hopping the next morning. It's on the Gaya street so many good restaurants near by. Staffs were helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfy. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel.

가격대비 만족합니다
창문없는 더블베드룸에서 3박했습니다. 가격대비 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 창문 없는 방이였는데 환기가안되서 3박하는 동안 좀 냄새나고 공기가 탁했어요. 제셀턴포인트와 가까워서 배타러갈때는 편했습니다 하지만 야시장가고 씨푸드 먹으러갈때는 더워서 좀 멀고 지치더라고요. 조식은 안나오지만 바로옆건물에 슈퍼도있고 카페가있어서 거기서 해결했습니다.
