Staffs are very friendly and helpful. My feedback on the following that would need improvements: 1\. room wifi - connectivity wasn't good upon my check-in. I had to use another login given by the staff and the signal was weak. 2\. broaden the breakfast spread on Skydex and to keep the food warm at all times. 3\. increase the television channels by adding news broadcast like CNA, CNN and to have Korean channel. Overall, my stay was pleasant and will book again if I make another trip to KK.
