The room is disgusting. The bed, linen, walls air conditioning unit were very dirty/stained. The coffee mugs provided didn’t appear to have been cleaned. EVER. The bathroom drain was broken and sticking in an open position where you could see the grossest black sludge in it. The toilet paper holder was in wet shower area and was a soaked, therefore unusable. The dirt on the mildewed air conditioning unit was likely to make people sick and it was directly over you while you were in the bed, involuntarily breathing it in. The noise from the adjoining rooms was excessive. It sounded like drilling and when I tried to complain about when front desk person brought toilet paper, she didn’t speak English nor understand me, though she heard the noise and knew I was frustrated from it, she did nothing. As well, quite a few of the other guests in same area would bang on doors, yelling, or carry on loud conversations on their phones in the hallways, all hours of the night. Additional noise came from the open-air stair well that sounds as if hundreds of birds are nesting in it and the noise is amplified and can be heard clearly in the room. You have to step into this stairwell to reach part of the hotel rooms and hopefully you’re not scared of birds? The furniture in the lobby was so filthy, and this is your first impression of the hotel?
