Management did take note my prior request for adjoining room at ground floor as we have 2 elderly. Hotel lobby looks new and beautiful but the rooms a bit darker, wallpaper had peeling off, grayish pillow case and stained W.C. When I called the hotel to ask, was told to wait 15mins. When still no transfer arrive after 15mins I called again but was told to call their driver myself. In the end I had to make my own way there. There is no lift in the hotel.
