Hotel is comfy though cleanliness can be improved. A lot of Chinese tourists from tours. Staffs are nice but not well trained. Went down for breakfast without any staffs around for good 10 mins till u walked over to request one because I need my scramble eggs. I called to complain about no amenities and coffee provided as they usually do, they didn't get back to me as promised.
