### Rodinný dom s výhladom na Košice

Cozy private house with a year-round hot tub and a view of the city for family relaxation and vacation just 3 km from the city center, in a quiet environment surrounded by greenery with an outdoor fireplace. Activities:  
darts, swing, hot tub, badminton, xbox...  
Indoors, a relaxing massage bed with hot lava stones.  
In the gazebo with a grill, you can enjoy your meal in the fresh air, with a view of the city even in cold weather thanks to the heater. Free parking for cars and vans.  
Space  
Cozy house with an area of ​​90 m². On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen with a dining table, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is one large bedroom with a massage bed and a small bedroom. From the living room there is access to a terrace with a view of the city. There is a large parking lot in the area.

The entire house with land on which there is a gazebo, fireplace and parking is available in complete privacy.

This holiday home is allergy-free and non-smoking. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
