Allerdings müsste die Wohnung generalüberholt werden. Sie roch stark nach Essig die ersten Tage. Im Bad waren Spinnweben, die Duschtüre schloss nicht gut, der Abfluss im Waschbecken lief langsam ab, die Klospülung funktionierte nur teilweise, die Fronttüren der Möbel platzen ab, das Laminat quillt auf und ist abgenutzt. Der Herd ist in die Jahre gekommen und den Wasserkocher konnten wir nicht nutzen weil er anscheinend mit Essig gereinigt wurde. Die Terrasse ist vollgekackt von den Tauben da müsste man sich vielleicht was überlegen. Die Schlafzimmer waren schön und sauber. Zu dem wäre es auch hilfreich eine Beschriftung an die Fernbedienungen zu machen, sodass alle Mieter wissen wie dieser angeht.
