The 2,000 m², enclosed property is surrounded by forest. It scores with its modern equipment. In the cozy living area there is a large smart TV and an electric decorative fireplace for a cozy ambience. The new bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fresh air on your own terrace with garden furniture. If you arrive with your own car, you can park it in a free parking space. Overall, the landscape is characterized by the still largely untouched nature on the only 300 m wide strip between the waters. In Koserow you will find the highest elevation on the island of Usedom, the Streckelsberg at 60 meters high. From its steep bank, the viewer has a wonderful view of the sea.
