Très bien. Bien situé. Très belle vue mer, chambre spacieuse. Un petit bémol c’est l’odeur de cuisine qui arrivait dans notre chambre (1er étage)

Repas de qualité mais hôtel un peu décevant
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est de très bonne qualité. Le room service fonctionne bien. Toutefois les chambres sont mal isolées, l’hôtel est plutôt bruyant et un peu vieillissant. On entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir. Dans la douche, on pouvait entendre les voisins qui parlaient. Le ménage était fait, mais les draps étaient tachés.

Mon hôtel préféré à Kos
J'aime beacoup cet hotel : pour son positionnement face à la mer, la qualite du petit-déjeuner, le confort des chambres. Le seul point négatif est la présence d'un bar lounge aux pieds de l'hotel, diffusant une musique de fond habituelle dans ce type de lieu et au final sans intérêt, qui ne permet pas de dormir fenêtres ouvertes au seul son du bruit des vagues. Dommage. Mais j'y reviens quand même régulièrement à chaque fois que je passe a Kos

Attention il est mentionné qu’il y a une piscine mais celle ci se trouve à 8 minutes à pieds à un autre hôtel: Kos hôtel junior suites. Trois places pour le stationnement en avant de l’hôtel. Possibilité de se baigner à la mer à côté de l’hôtel. Déjeuner délicieux, le meilleur que nous ayons eu au cours de notre voyage ( seule ombre: il faut payer pour un café latté). Chambre WoW… on se croirait sur la mer, le prix de la chambre est pour la vue. Très bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville.

Prix trop élevé pour les services ne mérite pas 4*
Le cadre et la position sont ideal dans KOS. Mais ne merite pas la classification de 4*. - L'annonce parle d'un parking gratuit, en réalité il faut tourner dans les rues pour trouver des places, parfois durant 20min - Les articles de toilettes;shampoing et gel douche doivent être réclamés. - Le petit dej ne comprends pas de jus frais hors supplément de paiement - Le pire c'est le diner concert qu'ils organisaient sous les fenêtres des chambres empêchant de dormir. Ils font croire que ça s'arrête a 11h puis 11h30 et au final cela c'est arrêté à minuit 15 après plusieurs appels pour se plaindre. Nous devions nous lever tôt le lendemain, résultat micro nuit - Le personnel est serviable malgré une froideur au premiers abords

We would like to inform you that, Kos Aktis Art Hotel has no private parking and in our facilities this is not mentioned at all.Our breakfast has many kind of juices free of charge with free refill , but not all kind of fresh juices are free of charge.On Friday we had live piano night ( 1 piano and 1 person at vocals) . The music has ended at 23.55 as the Greek Law gives permision until 00.00 . We feel sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us for this three reasons ( parking.juice,music until 00.00) . We hope to have the possibility to hospitalize you in the future and do our best for you so this time to enjoy your stay with us !

Hotel très agréable au bord de l'eau. Prestations conformes à sa catégorie. En particulier excellent petit déjeuner, servi sur la terrasse en bord de mer, literie confortable. Le bar au pied de l'hôtel est un peu bruyant le soir ce qui impose de fermer la fenêtre pour dormir. Dommage.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful position right by the sea. The rooms, which are clean, comfortable and very peaceful, all have a large balcony with stunning views out over the sea. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide range of food - cooked breakfast, cheeses, meats, breads, pastries, yogurts, jams, nuts, dates, dried fruits and so on. The staff are efficient and very pleasant. The location is excellent and it is easy to walk to all of the local sights and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby for small purchases. The central bus stop is right near the hotel but we found it very difficult to use as the kiosk was always unmanned! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Kos.

Nice location on the sea front and friendly staff! The issue is the restaurant food and service needs improvement! Burger tasteless and no one cleared up after we ate so we left! Breakfast hot choices limited

Smart comfort near the centre of things

This magnificent design hotel has a friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Close to all facilities, it has a structure that offers a swimming pool, bar, gym, SPA, private beach and comfortable rooms with balconies from which you can see the turquoise blue and hear the sound of the waves of the Aegean Sea. Breakfast is typically Greek and Restaurant H20 is one of the best in Kos. My special thanks to Maria Sofia, for her support, guidance and help, thank you very much.
