#### Großzügige Wohnung mit großem Garten und Meerblick

Wir haben im April 25 in der Vorsaison 10 Tage in dieser großen Wohnung verbracht und haben eine sehr gute Zeit gehabt. Die Zimmer sind riesig, das Wohnzimmer so groß, dass es schon fast zu Lasten der Gemütlichkeit geht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausbaufähig, wer plant in dieser Küche den ganzen Urlaub über selber zu kochen, wird an seine Grenzen kommen. Wir hatten allerdings viel Freude an dem Kontaktgrill (statt Toaster) und sind die meisten Tage abends essen gegangen.Die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer (der allerdings bedauerlicherweise durch eine Bauruine im Blickfeld eingeschränkt wird – was wäre das für ein Panorama!) lädt zum Frühstücken ein. Den „Hot-Tub“ auf der separaten Terrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, ich könnte mir allerdings vorstellen, dass der im Sommer ein guter Poolersatz ist. Außerdem sitzt man dort sehr schön.Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr funktionell eingerichtet, besonders die Fliegentüren vor allen Fenstern und Schiebetüren. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, so dass wir über deren Funktionalität keine Aussage treffen können. Die Betten sind hart, wir haben aber gut darin geschlafen.Das Ambiente der Wohnung ist geprägt von nicht unbedingt massenkompatiblem Geschmack. Wir haben uns daran nicht gestört und uns in dem sehr gepflegten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Betreuung durch das Filoxenia Team war sehr aufmerksam (Danke noch einmal für die Getränke zum Empfang sowie das Osterbrot und die Kekse), die Abwicklung freundlich.
