Unit Layout  
The unit is a 5-room house with a total area of 120 square meters, spread over two levels and offering a south-facing position. On the main level, you'll find a cozy living/dining room equipped with cable TV (flat screen), as well as one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. An open kitchen comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a freezer. There is also a shower/WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll discover three additional bedrooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen), and air conditioning; another with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen), and air conditioning; and the third with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Two of the upstairs bedrooms offer access to a balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. You'll have access to air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and televisions throughout the living areas and bedrooms. The maximum capacity of the property is eight guests, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms available for your convenience.

Please note that when there are fewer guests staying at the property than the maximum capacity, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
