It's just 1 min walking to the beautiful beach with the crystal clear sea. It also has an air-condition unit and fast Wi-Fi internet. Free public parking is just 2 min walking from the house. \*\*\*\*\* About the studio: You'll enjoy your stay in this modern studio at the great location. Studio is located on the ground floor of the house, located just 50m from the beautiful beach with the crystal clear sea. Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet family or couple vacation, but still being very close to the center of the town. It has an 65" LED TV with Netflix and HBO accounts and a comfortable double bed. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer so you can prepare a tasty meal. We also have an outside fireplace, shared with our other apartment guests. Bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer. We also provide you an iron and ironing board. All equipment in the studio - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge. Korcula is very popular for visitors as a central location from which they explore the rest of the island and its surroundings. There is a local legend that Marco Polo was born in Korcula. It's just 3 minutes walking to the center of town Korcula. \*\*\*\*\* Guest access: You will have exclusive access to the studio.
