"Great location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which worked well for our family. Wonderful location and can walk everywhere in downtown Nelson very easily. We would stay again."

"Great old hotel, in a perfect location for exploring Nelson. They have done a great job of preserving/restoring the period feel while also providing modern amenities. One small complaint is that the fridge in our room (like many small fridges in hotels) was noisy."

"My husband and I stayed just one night. The property obviously has so much history and character. The grounds are so beautiful. I can see it being an incredible place for weddings. The property is very clean and we had everything we needed. We slept very well. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool and tennis court like we wanted.
