Generally very friendly staff. Very good, balanced cuisine with a very large selection. Very extensive selection of free drinks. The spa massages, Turkish bath etc. were very satisfying. The staff should be permitted to take stricter action with guests who do not know how to behave. (Food & goods from the buffet, which they fill in bags, serve themselves at the waiter station with wine because they don't want to wait 5 minutes and those who reserve their loungers before 7:00 am at the pool (up to 8 loungers) and only appear hours later. The guest is king, then he should behave like a king

The daily shows and buffet and a win as well as being a compact hotel rather than walking for long distances to get to any place within the hotel, perfect for very young kids like 1 to 3 years old.

This place surpassed our expectations as we had read some bad reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff are awesome, friendly & attentive, food was great with so much choice, love the grill area. The hotel is super clean & may not have super modern decor but looked nice & well kept. Definitely a good choice for families if you don't want somewhere too busy but good entertainment & really close to beach. Thank you to all the staff, especially the entertainment team you're doing a great job.
