« Charmant hôtel très bien situé, en plein coeur historique, dans une petite rue calme. Excellent accueil, gentillesse de tout le personnel (réception, restauration, ménage), l'hôtel offre des petites attentions qui rendent le séjour chaleureux et personnalisé. Super petit-déjeuner. Bravo ! Petit bémol : le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre (dans l'annexe) malgré le reset, j'ai utilisé mon forfait en partage de réseau. OK dans le restaurant et autres parties de l'hôtel. »

« L’accueil y est sympathique. La décoration de l’entrée est vraiment travaillée, l’hôtel a une identité (qui se perd un peu dans les chambres, dommage) La chambre est vraiment petite. Il est impossible de circuler les valises ouvertes. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Si vous avez une voiture il y a un parking dédié mais attention il n’est pas si simple à trouver. Le petit déjeuner y est super !! »

« Hotel très bien situé, à 2 pas du Mevlada museum et du quartier animé. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais sauf 1 personne. Le petit dejeuner est assez leger mais ok. Par contre je n'ai pas pu check in à 17h30, on m'a demandé de revenir 1 heure plus tard pour installer une ampoule dans la salle de bain qui n'a jamais été installée finalement! »

"When we got to the hotel we immediately noticed it didn't have much quality standards, but still we decided to stay, especially because it was late. When we got to our room, it felt way too small, but again that wasn't a problem. However, there was a light blinking every 2 seconds for the whole night, which is something that can be quite disturbing when someone is trying to sleep, which was my case. Still, we decided to stay for the night, although i was thinking of maybe changing the hotel. The next day the breakfast was very poor, but that was expected: it was a cheap hotel. However, in the afternoon the hotel started doing a space renovation for the entry lobby (which also served as a breakfast room), with at least 3 men working there with all the mess that comes with it and also on the 1st floor for conservation works (they should have closed the hotel to do that kind of works) and we decided to leave immediately. I know the value wasnt refundable, but still i expect some kind of compensation for this experience, because i had to pay for another hotel and the Experience was very bad. I dont think hotels.com should work with such a hotel and i booked through hotels.com as i thought this kind of thing wouldnt happen. I am expecting an answerr from hotels.com. Thank you Ricardo Lima"

"L’accueil y est sympathique. La décoration de l’entrée est vraiment travaillée, l’hôtel a une identité (qui se perd un peu dans les chambres, dommage) La chambre est vraiment petite. Il est impossible de circuler les valises ouvertes. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Si vous avez une voiture il y a un parking dédié mais attention il n’est pas si simple à trouver. Le petit déjeuner y est super !! "

"Charmant hôtel très bien situé, en plein coeur historique, dans une petite rue calme. Excellent accueil, gentillesse de tout le personnel (réception, restauration, ménage), l'hôtel offre des petites attentions qui rendent le séjour chaleureux et personnalisé. Super petit-déjeuner. Bravo ! Petit bémol : le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre (dans l'annexe) malgré le reset, j'ai utilisé mon forfait en partage de réseau. OK dans le restaurant et autres parties de l'hôtel."
