"Seerose" Vacation Rental – More Space to Live, More Peace to Dream

The "Seerose" is a cozy retreat for 2 to 6 people—ideal for families, couples, or anyone who wants to relax together and enjoy nature.

Our new vacation apartments, built using timber construction, were erected according to Erwin Thoma’s unique “Holz-100” method, sustainably using regional wood. Here, you can enjoy a vacation in a house made of 100% naturally pure solid wood—no glue, no chemicals, no metal. The result: an incomparably healthy living environment where you can take a deep breath right away.

The solid wood construction naturally regulates the indoor climate. Pleasantly cool in summer, cozily warm in winter. Protection from noise and radiation ensures restful nights.

A special highlight of our vacation apartments at the Rosenhof are the Swiss stone pine bedrooms. Swiss stone pine is known for its soothing scent, which calms the mind, lowers the heart rate, and has been proven to promote deep, restful sleep. Start your day with more energy for excursions, bike rides, or relaxing by the lake.

Two cozy bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, while the spacious kitchen-living room with dining area provides plenty of space for spending time together. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a Vario coffee filter.

The high-quality sleeper sofa with a proper mattress ensures genuine sleeping comfort even for additional guests—nothing is left to chance here; well-being is a top priority.

Light streams gently into the rooms through the large windows, and the private terrace overlooking the greenery quickly becomes a favorite spot—for breakfast in the morning dew or balmy summer evenings under the open sky.

A cozy, warm hot tub in the garden is available to all guests at the Rosenhof. Whether after a day at the lake or just for a quick break—enjoy the relaxation in the warm water. A place for quiet moments, bubbling joy, and that pure vacation feeling.

Our hot tub is available for shared use by all guests staying in the vacation apartments at the Rosenhof. We charge a flat fee of €40 per stay per apartment for its use. Use of the hot tub (for children ages 12 and up) is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. Please bring your own bath towels and bathrobes for the hot tub from home. We hope you enjoy some relaxing hours.

A communal area with a grill is available to all vacation guests.

All guests are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in the separate communal laundry room.

There is a bike storage room with an e-bike charging station for guests who bring their own bicycles.

A private, free parking space ensures a convenient arrival.
