75 km north-east of Jyväskylä, L.Ukonjärvi 30 m (length 1 km, width 400 m), shallow, hard, sanded clay bottom, own boat.   
  
Wooden cottage 2003, renovated 2006, living room/ kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom bunk, upstairs 4 mattresses, upstairs accessed through porch, washroom, sauna (stove), open porch and balcony.   
  
Lakeshore sauna, with room with fireplace 2 extra beds, dressing room, wood-burning stove. Sauna has 'mini-kitchen', electric light, underfloor heating and cold water pipe.  
  
Included in price:  
ERV cancellation insurance  
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-01-24 - 2026-12-18)  
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-01-24 - 2026-12-18)
