Additionally, a warmer and more welcoming approach from the breakfast staff would greatly enhance the guest experience."

The only reason I would rate it low was due to facilities, such as they did not have iron and when asked it was against their policy to provided an iron. Furthermore, I called the reception multiple times to remind for the pillows and they failed to bring it over, when I went downstairs, I was told that the housekeeping was closed. "
