« Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting « and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer »

« Superbe petit hôtel nîché dans un endroit très calme, mais assez proche du centre ville. Transports publics à proximité. Proche de la mer. Petite chambre (comme d'habitude en Grande-Bretagne) très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Très bonne literie. Même si nous n'avons jamais rencontré le gérant, ce dernier reste à notre entière disposition, soit par téléphone, soit par mail. Très efficace. Coupe de coeur pour la formule petit-déjeuner, servi dans de petits paniers de pique-nique...

"Hôtel situé dans un secteur assez central, mais pas le plus beau. Système de transport autobus fréquent et pratique à quelques minutes de marche. Accès à l’épicerie à 6 minutes à pieds. La chambre (107) n’était pas propre: cheveux au sol, traces sur la robinetterie, coulisses brunes sur le mur. La chambre serait assez grande pour avoir deux petits fauteuils, mais il n’y a qu’une chaise de bureau vraiment très vieille et inconfortable. Le drain de la douche ne fournit pas. On entend des bruits de plomberie je crois dans les murs. Bruyant la nuit quand les clients de la chambres en haut sont rentrés (on les entend marcher). Chambre et salle de bain qui ont besoin d’être rafraîchis! "

"Hôtel fatigué. Chambre poussiéreuse, canapé lit totalement inadapté pour faire coucher un adulte, assez scandaleux de faire payer en plus pour ce service au lieu d avoir des chambres à deux lits. C est vraiment très très cher pour ce que c est (150 euros la nuit!!). Le personnel est aimable cependant, l emplacement pratique, le petit dej varie, avec du choix, même si la salle était glaciale"

"Disappointing ! It’s Winter and the heating was switched off in our room. We switched on, set at 24 degrees and went out. 2 hours later, Little effect - hotel staff « changed the central setting « and said it would warm up soon. No it did not. And next morning it was off again. Second complaint to check out. Apologies but no thought of a gesture to show sincerity Really disapponted as am a regular traveller to Brighton - I’m sure the hotel is great if you have heat / in the summer"

"Séjour agréable à quelques pas seulement du cœur de Brighton. Le restaurant/salle de petit déjeuner offre une vue parfaite sur le front de mer, le repas était de très bonne qualité pour ne rien gâcher. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, rien ne manquait. Seul regret sur le parking complet à notre arrivée, il faut aller se garer au parking souterrain à 5 min à pied. "
