The apartment building is equipped with an elevator and monitoring, which ensures a comfortable stay. The building provides privacy and the opportunity for walks in the nearby parks and green areas. The location on the island is a great asset, adjacent to the river, yet close to the center of Kolobrzeg and only 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach. The Kolobrzeg Lighthouse is also just over 2 km from the property. Popular attractions to visit while in Kolobrzeg are the pier (2.2 km) or the Museum of Wax Figures (2 km). The road from the object to the center, where the Oceanarium lies - 13 minutes walk, and to the City Hall - 16 minutes.
