This colorful seaside apartment with an area of 59 m² is an excellent choice for vacations with family or with a group of friends. The apartment's living area includes a bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and access to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub. The original interior finishes, stylish accessories and the use of a vibrant color palette give the apartment an unusual character. Beautiful furnishings and colorful paintings hanging on the walls catch the eye and perfectly complement the whole. Original design, functional layout of the rooms and comprehensive equipment with necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee the highest comfort of stay. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building belonging to a residential development on 1 Maja Street, in the beautiful spa town of Kolobrzeg. It is an excellent location for anyone who wants to enjoy all the most popular attractions that Kolobrzeg has to offer. It is located less than 2.5 km from the beautiful, sandy Central Beach in Kolobrzeg. The property is in close proximity to the city center (1.5 km), which offers many great places to spend free time with family and friends, such as the cinema, the oceanarium, numerous cafes and ice cream stalls. It is also worthwhile to go to Kolobrzeg's Pier (2.8 km), visit the Museum of Wax Figures (2.5 km) and the Lighthouse (2.7 km). Lovers of Baltic history will also find many places of interest in the area, within a few minutes' drive: Solna Marina - a sailing marina, Kolobrzeg's Maritime Heritage Park (a Cold War-era patrol submarine with an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility of visiting the deck) or the Museum of Piracy. Kolobrzeg offers many entertainment activities, of which there is certainly something for everyone. The apartment is only 1.8 km from the Kolobrzeg Railway Station.
