The flat is located in the new housing estate "Osiedle Bursztynowe II" on Rybacka Street in Kołobrzeg. The apartment building is equipped with a lift. The building provides privacy and a peaceful stay. A great advantage is the location in the vicinity of the river and, at the same time, near the centre of Kołobrzeg and only 1 km from the beach.  
The surrounding area is well developed, so you will find everything you need near the flat. In the neighbourhood you can visit numerous shopping and service points and restaurants.  
  
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:  
  
This comfortable flat is located on the 2nd floor and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people.  
The space of the flat offers a living room with kitchenette and balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The flat is distinguished by its cosy décor and functionality. The living room area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, and exit to the balcony is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and a chest of drawers. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare home-cooked meals. A washing machine is also available in the flat, which is sure to come in handy. The interior together with the comprehensive provision of necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay.
