The management company was a little hard to communicate with prior to our stay and the property needs some work. The sliding doors, both sets, did not close and had openings for all bugs to come inside. Loved the pool and hot tub and the Beach club was a great amenity. Don't waste your money on Travel Insurance on VRBO because they decline everything. Owners REPS were not willing to work with us on rescheduling or any type of credit. We love Kauai but will not return until their State Representatives get their act together - There were also no cars to rent making it difficult to get around.
