To basically have two master bedrooms as well as two rooms for kids upstairs was perfect. This place offers plenty of space to feel very relaxed and at home. The pool was incredible for my kids. It was a great size, temperature, fun to hang around by, and has a great hot tub. Assuming everything went well through our checkout experience, we knew we’d be giving it 5 stars.I wouldn’t call it beach front though. It is about a 1 mile walk to the beach. The swimming pool was beautiful and quite refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing... My only negative would be that the A/C seemed to have been turned off in the morning of our check out. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. It had a beautiful view of the golf course and was within easy walking distance to Poipu Village shopping center and the beach. The only negative was the cabinet door in the master bath was missing a hinge so it was hanging by one hinge. We would certainly stay here again. The condo was extremely clean and was sufficiently large for our group of 8. Our property manager was very prompt in all responses and we were especially grateful to them when our initial travel plans changed, requiring us to change our check-in date. They were extremely flexible and accomodating when we encountered flight changes beyond our control. Overall this property is a 5 out of 5 and we would definitely stay here again. ##### Bernie B. My only complaints were the hot water running out after one shower as well as the bottom bedroom smelling like urine.
