Close to Poipu beach area and easy driving to other island activities. Decent amount of kitchen supplies and had cooler, chairs, umbrella, caddy, boogie boards and beach towels so you don’t have to bring your own. The condo had comfortable beds and basic kitchen supplies and setup. However, the living room furniture and bean bag style cushions were very weary, uncomfortable and not conducive for watching TV or relaxing. The dining room seat cushions were stained and looked dirty as did the bean bag covers. A frying pan had not been cleaned well, the kitchen faucet was loose and wobbly on arrival and the coasters had clearly not been cleaned for some time. Sep 1, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Beautiful Vacation Home This property is located near Hole 9 of Kiahuna Golf course in Koloa. We enjoyed playing on the course which was steps away from our unit. There are several Po'ipu beaches within minutes of the rental. The lanai provided an incredible view of sunsets and a peekaboo view of the ocean. We spent all of our evenings there! The interior had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, lounging, and sleeping. The master was very comfortable and we appreciated the huge master bath as well as another restroom downstairs. The only thing that should be mentioned is the rental is located up 16 stairs and then there are two more sets of stairs to the master and loft. As long as you are able to take the stairs, you are in luck with this amazingly, updated and beautiful rental. We highly recommend this unit for up to 6 people. ##### Patty C. May 30, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Great location with plenty of space Pros: Like the title states, great location and plenty of space. The complex was very quiet as well. The beds were very comfortable and we had enough towels. The washer and dryer came in extremely handy. Beautiful unit. Cons: Apparently there had been a sizable leak from the pipes before we had arrived. Drywall had been cut away and patched in several places. While we were there, several workers had to come in and out for this situation. Also, the 3rd night there, our a/c stopped working. It was very hot with no breeze. They could not get it fixed right away so our a/c was out for 2 nights. So, we had even more people in and out of our unit when we were there or not there. I do realize maintenance needs to happen but it just seemed a bit invasive in this unit. I don't like my personal belongings being moved around especially when i am not present. Again, very lovely unit in a fabulous complex. I would probably prefer to stay in a different unit next time with different management. ##### Jen S. Jul 4, 2024 #### Too many roaches Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location and great size. Family of five and everyone had a bed. Lots of towels which was great. Downstairs AC was definitely nice. Property mgmt responded quickly when needed. Pretty sunset views off lanai. Beach chairs and boogie boards were great. Cons: more roaches than I was comfortable with. I would say borderline infested. I could see in the kitchen where they were staying. Saw no less than 5 adults a day and many babies. One in the bed at one point. The twin beds were super hard and had zero comfort. The breaker for the downstairs bedroom tv kept tripping even when nothing else was on. Had to turn breaker for oven off because it kept randomly turning on and would start beeping in the middle of the night. Garage parking only works if you have a smaller vehicle. Our minivan wouldn’t fit. I wouldn’t stay here again. I can handle bugs, I get the weather makes it common but this was absolutely disgusting. ##### Brandon R. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Railie C.
