The unit was slightly run down, with difficulties using the patios due to stuck doors and very old stained carpet in the bedrooms. That said, it was large, and the two pullouts in the living room were great. The only pool this unit has access to is one that is sandwiched between the very noisy restaurant and the tennis courts. You also need a key to access the pool, so that was annoying for a large family. This is a beautiful home, very nicely decorated and very generously appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, bowls, everything you need- we ate in most nights and never lacked for anything. Location is fantastic. Walkable to beach and to Grand Hyatt. Fun pool and hot tub. Valorie is very easy to work with - check in was easy and her suggestions for things to do were great.
