It is a single-story home offering a spacious floor plan. The gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area making it the perfect place for the cook in your group to serve pupus while you sip wine and talk story about the days adventures. Open the sliding glass doors and your group can gravitate outside and dine under the covered lanai next to the pool and spa. There are three bedrooms in the main house. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and looks out onto the pool, spa and pristine Kukuiula Golf Course. The bathroom features a stand alone soaking tub. The indoor shower has dual shower heads and of course two sinks finish off this luxurious bathroom. The second bedroom, with an en suite bathroom enjoys a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has the use of a full sized bathroom just outside it's door. The separate ohana features a King sized bed, flat screen television, small seating area and mini refrigerator. It is the perfect space for a couple that wants a hideaway from the group. This house is very special though. The house itself is perfect, so easy to live in. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are oddly very tall (take care with kids) but comfy. Truly outstanding home. That wall of glass completely telescopes into the wall making a dreamy indoor outdoor space. The pool is lovely and the view from it is even better. We loved having the golf course right there - it’s not an active tee so my kids enjoyed running down the grass and taking the paths. The walk to the shops is easy and quick. We’ve stayed in a lot of beautiful homes but this one is really special! Cannot wait to return! ##### Cassandra R. I wish I was going back tomorrow. The plantation architecture is a triumph in the high end Kukui’ula resort development and is perfect for enjoying Kauai. Agree with all the positives of previous reviews. The genius of the lanai/pool design is that no backyard fence was erected to obstruct the view of the perfectly manicured lawn and coconut 🌴 grove between the driving range and first hole with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. Go left on the paved path .75 miles to the shops at kukuiula or go straight across to the gap in the fence to Lawai road, a great place for a walk or jog with multiple access points to view the coast. Lawn and pool super well maintained. Management company excellent. Furnishings great. For accuracy’s sake, one correction is the 2 car garage listed as an amenity is locked and therefore can’t be used to protect one from the rain or your car from the hot sun. So please take it off the amenity list. ##### Mark W. Communication with the concierge is excellent and timely. Check-in was simple. Home was immaculate. They even stocked local, organic bath products which was a nice touch. We loved evenings cooking in the outdoor kitchen and relaxing in the pool and spa. Good view of the waves and a lively walking path around the home and direct path to shopping and restaurants. Great kitchen setup and everything you need to make and serve great food and drinks. The management team was excellent t with great communication ahead of time to help us navigate the current environment. Responsive to any issues or questions. Highly recommend!! House had 8 perfect beach chairs a cooler and an umbrella. The only call out would be to have more beach/pool towels or pack them if you have room in your luggage. The master bedroom has an amazing view as does the kitchen, living area and entrance. The pool and hot tub and outdoor kitchen facility is amazing as well. The other plus is the extra studio that is detached from the home with a separate entrance. Great location and surrounding neighborhood. We would stay again in a second. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and baths. Fun outdoor shower off the master bath. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Nice ten minute walk to shops and restaurants.
