Our ocean front spacious condo in the heart of Poipu beach next to the Sheraton Hotel has it all! This beautiful condo has unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It is very spacious with over 1,800 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms upstairs, 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful remodeled kitchen with everything to cook a gourmet meal. NEW laminate floors have been installed on the lower level. It's just a short walk to the beach and access to a pool with ocean views. This unit also offers tennis courts. Portable AC units in the bedrooms and living room. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular! Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. What I liked the most is the owners provided the little but important things that are usually overlooked until you need them. Thea items were tin foil, garbage bags, laundry soap to name a few. The place is very well stocked with these easy to forget items. The location is amazing as it is right across the street from the wall. Which is where everyone goes to watch the sun set. This may sound like it would be a problem but it is not at all. It is a quiet event in which people gather in relative silence. Speaking of location you are no more than 5 minutes walking distance to the beaches near the hotel or a slightly longer walk to the beach that offers a bit more calmer waters. We love that beach! The house has a beautiful ocean view. We ate outside on the patio every night. The house is well stocked. Blender, toaster, coffee maker. The owner is very communicative and very informative. Close to our arrival date, he sent us videos explaining many features of the house. I truly hope we can stay here again. ##### Jessie C.
